The Heat: share the silence, or deep conversation, in the 2-person infrared sauna.

The Refresh: not just a cold plunge — hot and cold taps let you dial in your temperature, from a cool 60° refresh to a steamy 100°+ soak.

The Calm: dry off and sink into the shaded outdoor daybed beneath the pergola. Robes on. Wine in hand. Nowhere to be.

The Unwind: end the circuit by the fire pit, under dark Texas skies. No agenda. No schedule. Just the two of you.
